Assistant Program Manager - Upper/Lower Green

 

High School Diploma/GED with three years' experience with individuals with disabilities. Associate's Degree in a related field preferred. Supervisor experience preferred. Relevant experience must include a minimum of 1 year of coordinating care, planning, creating, overseeing and implementing services, and collaborating with other service providers. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills essential. Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required. Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential. Evidence of understanding and empathy for the PWDD population. Previous knowledge/experience with Person Centered Planning, writing/providing service plans, OPWDD regulations, Medicaid regulations and budgets preferred. Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work professionally with multiple services provider agencies required. Valid NYS Driver's License required and acceptable according to Agency standards. Full time, 40 hours per week - schedule TBD and includes one weekend day. Grade 11 Hourly- Min: $16.21 Mid: $19.47.
